    The hotel staff are warm, polite and responsive to all requests, and the overall facilities are well-maintained and complete. However, our room was not perfectly clean with a few minor messy spots. Even so, considering the thoughtful service and great amenities, this hotel is still well worth staying at.

    Literally across the road from Shilla- which I appreciated as I did multiple tour groups, and the pickup location is there. There's many restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. The staff speak multiple languages. On the same floor of the lobby is a well stocked convenience store. The room was clean and tidy, and had a mini fridge and a jug. You need to bring your own hot drinks, and toothbrush amenities as the hotel doesn't provide these. There isn't a laundry facility on site, which is incorrectly listed on Agoda, you need to go down the street to use a coin one. Overall a neat stay and handy to get to the airport ~10mins.

    The location is good and the klook pickup is nearby Shila duty free but they dont provide you towel, brush or any toiletries items. Shampoo, body wash available. Limited lights in room. You will feel dark in the night time. No room cleanliness for 2 nights . Minimum stay 3 nights 1x cleaning.
