    Hi Seoul Youth Hostel is great for a hostel. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk to Yeongdeungpo Market Station (Line 5), so it’s convenient even if you need to walk a bit. The property has a garden, a 1st‑floor restaurant, massage services, a pastry shop, and luggage storage. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms have a bathtub and enough space for families. Beds are futon-style, but older guests can sleep on the couch in the sala. Just note there’s no bidet. There’s also a guest kitchen on the 3rd floor where you can heat food, wash dishes, and store items in the shared fridge — it’s a common area for all guests.

    Room is spacious and the mattress is comfortable. What I like is I can open the window to get some fresh air. But the facilities look quite old and not clean enough. I can still find some hairs on pillow and bathtub. And the door of the room is heavy. Whenever you or your neighbours close the door, you can easily heard the noise from the door. Also, there are some rules like, you are not allowed to drink alcohol in room and if you have food waste, you have to go to the 4th floor to throw it away. Location is not bad but the metro station is inconvenient. Too many stairs and only one elevator at exit2. If you carry a big suitcase, it's not easy to move it. Overall, it's not bad. The price is reasonable and it's okay to stay just few nights.
