    This was honestly a very stressful and uncomfortable experience for me. I booked two rooms through Agoda, and both rooms had similar serious issues. There were many mosquitoes, a strong unpleasant and fungus-like smell, and the rooms were not soundproof at all, so there was constant noise. Cleanliness was very poor — the bed did not feel clean, wallpapers were dirty, and there were visible signs of fungus in the room. The bathroom was also in bad condition, with leakage during shower use that flooded the floor, and some fixtures appeared broken. Basic facilities were missing, including proper furniture like a chair, and there were no plug sockets near the bed. Overall, the room condition did not match the listing photos at all. From outside, the building looks fine, but inside it is very poorly maintained. As a woman traveling, I did not feel comfortable or relaxed in this environment. The overall experience felt very stressful and far from what I expected. The staff were polite and tried to help, but they were limited by the condition of the property and could not resolve the issues. I also contacted Agoda immediately and provided evidence. While their support team was responsive, my refund request was not approved, which was disappointing. As someone who has used Agoda for 4–5 years, I expected better support in such situations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property. I hope Agoda improves verification and customer protection in the future.

    The staff didn't seem to help, the room was dirty to the point there were mosquitos and dead insects (smashed on the floor), everything was so dark you didn't want to reach everywhere, rust everywhere and dark spots of who knows what. Don't trust the photos at all. They dont look that spectacular but they are way way worse I even considered to look for a different hotel at 11pm, but since I couldn't afford one, I just slept on top of the sheets and even put my clothes as lining because I didnt want to touch anything directly
