    객실 청소 상태가 매우 미흡했습니다. 또한 리셉션 직원의 응대 태도도 불친절하고 전문성이 부족했습니다. 문제를 해결하기 위해 전화로 먼저 문의했지만 해결되지 않아 직접 프런트로 내려가야 했고, 그 후에야 객실을 다른 방으로 교체받을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 서비스에 매우 실망했습니다. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. In addition, the reception staff were rude and lacked professionalism. I initially called to report the issue, but nothing was resolved over the phone. I had to go to the front desk in person before my room was finally changed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would expect much better from this hotel.
