    This is a place to visit for architecture buffs. The staff are kind and helpful. The service manager Mori is just great! Photos from the website and from visitor reviews are what you will see when you visit. It is definitely close to a street and you will hear vehicle traffic. They lend you a portable lamp when walking to the restaurant at night. I stayed in a forest room #08 and had a view of a courtyard and trees. If walking to the Tombo-no-yu bath or Harunire Terrace you can walk through the forested residential streets to the riverwalk which takes you away from the busy thoroughfare. Shola restaurant is excellent and if you can attend the farm walk it gives you a deep appreciation for the flavors coming from the kitchen. If you stay here you should also visit the Hiroshi Senju Museum which is by the same architect of SSH#3.

    It is beautiful architecture. The facility have much room to improve for the price. The shower is built in a strange corner in the room, where water would splash out. There aren't any amenity (fridge, TV) in the room. It is summer time but the pajamas provided is for winter. Wish there are more breakfast/dinner option other than the 1 restaurant. Also no activities is provided by the hotel, which would be great if there are some activities guess can sign up. Overall staffs were very nice, and beautifully built hotel. But there are lots of room to improve on the stay experience for guess.
