    The bed was hard, the air conditioner was not working properly, and the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. The room itself was quite old and in need of renovation

    We had a fantastic stay at Rose Stay Tokyo! The location is perfect and so close and convenient to Shibuya and Shinjuku. I was incredibly impressed that they accommodated a special request I made; I honestly didn't think it would be possible, but the staff were so kind and really went out of their way to make it work. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the little details like the ice machine and being able to borrow umbrellas made a huge difference. Fantastic staff and wonderful hospitality!

    This hotel is right by the Shibakoen station #1 exit and the location was convenient. There is a Family Mart at a walking distance across the street. The room was clean and spacious, staffs were super nice, and they allow late check out until 1pm so that was also a plus! I would stay here again.

    1 double bed can fit 2 small persons so if you prefer different beds get twin beds instead to get 2 separate beds. Staff are helpful and accommodating Location is not a busy area and far from the shibuya and shinjuku area. They clean the rooms on a daily basis.
