    Although we had stayed here before, it isn't the best location if you want to be in the Namba area. However, we really enjoyed our first time there, so we decided to stay there again. We had a unfortunate experience when we invited my sister and her husband to enjoy the beer and wine at the Happy Hour. Several employees came to tell us that they couldn't stay, but I had asked a staff member the day before and they said "Yes " It may have been a translation mishap, but they embarrassed us by three people talking to the four of us. When we checked out, they charged us twice for four, but we only used the facility once. I tried to explain that we only went once, but they wouldn't back down. I was very upset to be confronted and very upset to pay for two nights Happy Hours for four people twice. I would never have invited my sister and her husband if they said "No" to begin with. They may have thought we went twice when I said that I asked the day before.
