    If you happen to be in Beppu, this hotel is value for money. While waiting for the check in, there was a station handing out free steamed food and free flow of drinks. Also, the onsen facilities were great. Should try the variety of shampoos there. Would recommend you to book your meals with the hotel as there are few eateries nearby.

    Ocean view rooms are spacious and very comfortable with good views, though the staff gave us the wrong rooms at the beginning. Onsen is very nice especially the outdoor one.

    Booked for 4 nights stay. We booked as there were beds enough for our family we didnt realised it was a business type hotel. Staffs were friendly. We had some issues with room aircon. But the staff didnt follow up promptly with us even though if the issue cant be resolve. Rooms were dirty and dusty. To our horror, we saw so much dust and leftover stuffs underneath the bed frame. We happened to saw as we dropped something underneath and was trying to retrieve it. Location was off but has nice Seaview rooms (depends on your luck and type of reservation). Hotel isnt very near to any supermarkets or convinence stores.. u near to drive about 2-5 mins. Parking lots were mostly reserved for SOMEONE. And.. the hotel wifi wasn't stable and it was a painful experience when you need to work urgently in the room or hotel lobby. The staff said it was the network problem but it wasn't resolve at all.. we had to work with frustration throughout our stay. Overall, I would say the staff isnt proactive at all though the staff can speak basic English. Stay at your own risk!
