    Non-staff hotel needs more professional management. We stay in Air BNB before but with more professional preparation. Checkin procedure is not hard but we wait for an hour to get into the first door as we did not receive the code for the front. Hotel serves for only 2 pillows which we put the information for 3 at the first. So we end up with bought 2 more towels to used as a pillow but it never came until the last night. Hotel staff asks us to pay in cash when checking in but actually they already got the money from Agoda. More professional management is needed in urgent if you decide to save cost for staffs. Hotel is not near to Hakata even it said Hotel Hakata the terrace.
