    Rooms are generally bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended for family with children

    While the hotel is located away from the city center, we found the nearby establishments very interesting. The hotel was walking distance to a big grocery called Trial. Going to the city center was easy as well since there was a hotel shuttle that brings us to and from the JR station. We love the onsen too.

    I credited to breakfast and dinner buffet. Free flow was perfect too Room was normal and a bit dusty Public bath was good

    The hotel is fine, but unfortunately we lost a bag of brand new clothes and baby stuff in the room. We asked the helpful staff to check the CCTV that it was shown that we checked in the hotel with those belongs. After a few days, they just disappear from the room until we realized after checkout. Bad experience…
