Nice hotel, close to station. Everything will be perfect if check in hour is earlier.

I accidentally left my dental retainer in its case in the bathroom and returned to the hotel to ask about it, but I was told that it had not been found. I am certain that I accidentally left it there. During my entire stay in Japan, this was the only hotel where I forgot an item and it was never recovered, which was very disappointing. Another thing I found annoying was having to leave the room key at the front desk every time I went out. The staff would also ask what time I expected to return, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and made me uncomfortable. On the positive side, the room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the experience with my missing retainer and the restrictive key policy significantly affected my overall impression of the stay.

We booked a non smoking room. But there was a smell of cigarette especially in the bathroom area. There was no elevator.

I booked this without knowing that this is a love hotel. Even if they claim they also cater to solo travellers and parties, I wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping alone in a love hotel. Also, I remember booking it and the check in time was 3pm. I was surprised that the day itself, I was supposed to check in at 8pm or pay extra if I wanted to check in early. Lastly, no elevator.
