    It’s supposed to a 4 star hotel AND RESORT. It’s more a 1-2star MOTEL. Lots of broken and cracked stuff. Most outlets don’t work. Fridge stinks and doesn’t cool. 6am all the drains go off and starts puking violently, leaving a smell. Restroom bath leaks water, floor is unbalanced, shower certain stained and possibly moldy. 100% sure 2 of the staff members didn’t know what they were doing and couldn’t answer any questions. The price is ridiculous for these conditions. For what I got, I should’ve only paid $10-15 for a triple bedroom. I rented 2 of them, and items were mismatched/missing. This needs to be labeled a 2 star hotel at most, and drop RESORT from the name.

    Agoda confirmed booking and charged but hotel don’t have any room left, the staff don’t solve the problem and tried to ignore. Staff asked me to leave and promised to solve the problem on the next day and provided me their social media contact, then they blocked me in the next day(terrible lair). I first looked into the rate review but I don’t care much until i faced myself and this is lesson learned!

    the rooms were out dated and unkept. bathroom was not clean. didn't dare use the shower. the staff that checked us in was not friendly. it's a good location and has so much potential if the property was updated.
