    The hotel needs a major renovation. They pool is dirty and cannot use.

    Agoda confirmed booking and charged but hotel don’t have any room left, the staff don’t solve the problem and tried to ignore. Staff asked me to leave and promised to solve the problem on the next day and provided me their social media contact, then they blocked me in the next day(terrible lair). I first looked into the rate review but I don’t care much until i faced myself and this is lesson learned!

    After a long drive we were looking forward to relaxing at this hotel. Unfortunately the hotel photos are nothing like the current state of the hotel so our stay fell quite short of our expectations. The location is beautiful and the property has tremendous potential. It feels like all the financing of this property was allocated to the façade. Past the lobby doors and front desk everything else is in dire need of a full remodel especially the guest rooms. Although we booked our stay online through Agoda the previous day the receptionist looked very surprised to see us so I’m not sure their online reservation system is synced up with hotel booking sites. Understandably they conserve resources since it looks like we were the only guests staying here. Howeve the hotel was poorly lit and eerily quiet. Lobby furniture was old and torn. We had to use the lobby bathroom in groups since we were too scared to go alone. The rooms smelled of mold and mildew, showing signs of water damage everywhere. Silhouettes of dead insects were in our overhead lighting and random bugs were found elsewhere. If it wasn’t so late and my parents being so tired we would’ve just cut our losses and gone to a different hotel. But no one in our party was able to sleep anyway because the rooms felt old and dirty and we were all too scared to sleep. We packed up at first light and left even though we were booked for two nights.

    the rooms were out dated and unkept. bathroom was not clean. didn't dare use the shower. the staff that checked us in was not friendly. it's a good location and has so much potential if the property was updated.
