    Hotel spotless! Room huge, cool and fully replenished Super comfy bed and great balcony to hang washing Food was exceptional with fresh extras cooked at breakfast. They even packed a breakfast box for when we got up early for Angkor wat with water, fruit, bread cousants and jam. Pool lovely and clean with sun all day and shade if needed. Above all the staff were helpful and friendly and just could not do enough for you Would recommend and give it 11 out of 10!

    When I checked in, I gave the staff my name and booking details to the lady staff around 5pm. However, I was surprised to find I had been assigned a room with two single beds instead of the one king bed I had reserved. Confused, I went downstairs to clarify the situation, only to be told that they had mistakenly given me someone else’s room. What happened next was appalling—the staff(I met with the skinny guy and abit old and short) asked me to vacate the room and started interrogating me, asking whether I had used the toilet, blankets, or anything else in the room. The way they spoke made me feel as though I was being treated like a thief or someone who couldn’t afford to pay. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any apology whatsoever. Although I was shocked, I chose to stay calm and composed, since I had to remain at the hotel and was also concerned about my safety. That night, before heading out, I approached the receptionist to politely request an extra blanket, even offering to pay for it and i met this guy again around 7pm and I said, “Excuse me, bong, do you have an extra blanket available?” The receptionist, however, was seated, engrossed in his phone, typing away without acknowledging me or showing any respect. Without looking up, he bluntly replied, “Don’t have, full already,” while typing on his phone. His indifference left me feeling dismissed, so I simply walked away. While the hotel’s design and facilities might give the impression of a four-star establishment, the quality of the service and the staff's attitude fell far below even basic standards. Honestly, it was worse than what you might experience at a guesthouse receptionist.
