    The hotel location is very good. Near the main train station, for The room is not big but very clean and good enough for two of us. The breakfast is so delicious, Free welcome drinks, free snacks with drinks, free noodles at night, the staffs are all friendly , Will stay here again and highly recommended to everyone.

    The hotel has a really refined vibe to it and is a must for classical music lovers. Relaxing in the Onsen to classical music was fantastic. The Japanese breakfast was easily one of the best meals of my life. A Refa straightener was provided and Refa dryers at the Onsen were a nice touch although the straightener could not be plugged in at the dresser. That would be a nice touch.

    I loved this hotel. We stayed in a basic double room which was a bit tight at 18 square metres for two people. Esther Royer products provided. Pyjamas could be more size inclusive. Live artists performing classical music were encountered. At night they have a very basic but complimentary snack bar. Cold noodles served at 10pm. The plated Japanese breakfast was a highlight. We loved the western breakfast also but it is served cold and they were not accommodating when asked to provide a hot plated breakfast so unfortunately this was a let down. Wonderful staff who helped us quite a bit with sightseeing plans. It’s a bit of a walk to the Sapporo main station but close enough to do so.
