    I Booked a room which I saw online agoda app 560 per night no basic facilities provided 1. No drinking water 2. No hot water 3. Room ok but still need maintenance 4. Staff good They could inform while booking itself for this amount these only will available then customer will feel no regret.

    This hotel we had to book because nothing was available, terrible experience. It has local bar below the hotel so not at all recommended for family. Always smells alcohol, no proper parking. Hotel doesn’t give any towel or soap, doors are do dirty and bathroom taps are 50years old. Not at all clean not at all recommended. AC is there but very unclean never maintained.

    When I reached the hotel with my family and kids late at night, the receptionist declined my booking and mentioned that there were no rooms, and they sold it to the walk-in customers. This is not acceptable at all. Very bad experience booking through agoda.
