I don't recommend to any person to stay in this hotel. Room are so small that nobody can move rather on bed. Experience of using bathroom is horrible. Door, tap and seat all are broken. So much small (cellular) bathroom I had ever seen. badseet and blankets are dirty. Noises are coming all the night from outside and galleries.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days (from 23rd till 25th Dec) and I must tell that my stay wasn't pleasant at all. I had booked two deluxe rooms, one out of which was totally not good. I had highlighted that the toilet was so small that one could only stand in it. It was just a jugaad. Also the sink was dripping water which was not fixed even after my first complaint. When a second complaint was made, prompt action was not taken. We were not in the room for entire day, despite that the fixing was done when we returned back in the evening. After fixing, plumber told that we shouldn't use the toilet for atleast 3 hours. My family had to struggle to use bathroom that entire evening. Also the first meal, we had ordered, was stale. Even after my complaint, that was billed in my final bill. On last day, when I raised my concern again, that amount was waived off.
Breakfast was included when I had booked the rooms. I have a 4 year old kid who loves to have milk in the morning. But I was charged for it every morning which is totally not acceptable. On the day of checkout, I had requested for khichdi for my kid as she didn't take breakfast, but that too was charged.
Overall my experience was not good and won't recommend anyone to book stay here.
