    We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Great Trails GRT Wayanad. The overall experience was rich and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and luxurious, making our stay very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. The spread was thoughtfully curated, with an excellent mix of local Kerala delicacies and other options. We especially loved the appam, puttu, stew, and other traditional dishes—they were authentic and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the breakfast on both mornings. We also tried the dinner buffet, which was very good overall. The vegetarian dishes were flavorful, but the non-vegetarian items, especially the chicken and fish, seemed to be prepared using frozen ingredients and didn't taste as fresh or flavorful as the rest of the meal. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. While the swimming pool, gym, and indoor play area were a bit limited, the resort made up for it by organizing engaging evening activities like a drum performance and a magic show. Both events were entertaining, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed them. The location is another advantage—it's conveniently situated near Kalpetta, making it easily accessible while still offering a peaceful getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Great Trails GRT Wayanad to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with great food and warm hospitality.
