    Accomodation was good. Staff was very polite and helpful especially cleophus aman and golu tended to every need regarding my 2 year old kid .. location is excellent with calangute beach about 5 mins walk from hotel and ample car parking.

    It was a very bad experience for me during my stay. In all 4 days, my room was cleaned only once — that too after I personally requested it. There was no network range inside the rooms, and Wi-Fi was not provided. Wi-Fi was available only near the billing counter, which was very inconvenient. The washroom condition was poor, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, old, and rusty. Overall room hygiene and maintenance were extremely disappointing. The supervisor was polite and cooperative, but he seemed helpless as the owner or management is not taking proper care of this property. Overall, the facilities and cleanliness level were far below expected standards, and I request that strict action be taken to improve room hygiene, provide proper Wi-Fi connectivity, and maintain basic guest comfort. I will recommend don't go here
