The rooms were good. Spacious. Swimming Pool was clean and very safe. Loved the location of the site. Very near to Calangute and Beach. Marke was nearby at walkable distance.
AC can be replaced with branded ones. HD Channels can be provided for entertainment. Also Plan for Cable Channels be reviewed for having family channels like STAR PLUS.

Rooms were clean, Staff were friendly and approachable
Rooms were too small, no parking space, pool was very small on the terrace. I feel it was not value for money
