仙台駅の東口ということで、西口のような華やかさはありませんが静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の場所です。ホテルは綺麗で清掃もしっかりされていたので快適に過ごさせていただきました。朝食のパンもおいしかったです。また利用させていただきます。

This hotel was absolutely awful. If you arrive anytime between 6:00 and 9:30, they won’t allow you to sit in any of the open chairs because their “lobby” isn’t actually a lobby—it’s only for breakfast, according to them. On the day I checked out, I tried to get some water to fill my bottle before leaving, and a staff member literally ran over and yelled at me for touching the water dispenser since I was already checked out. Then they continued to scold me and told me I shouldn’t even be sitting in the “lobby” because it’s only for current guests. I stayed for two nights. Does that mean I’m suddenly no longer a guest the moment I hand them my key? And honestly, I didn’t even complain about this part, but when I first entered my room, there were two strands of hair in the bathroom—not exactly clean. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, not just in Japan, but anywhere in the world. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here. Instead, stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel—they have better amenities, excellent service, and staff who are actually friendly. Never once in a luxury hotel in Greece or Portugal or Japan, hostel, or guesthouse have I been treated so poorly.
