    We stayed here for 2 day. The hotel was clean, and peaceful. It’s not far from the Main Street where you can go grab something to eat at night. Recommend here 🙏🏻💗

    Color Tsuruhashi was surprisingly good stay right from the check-in process (Agoda security practice kept the direct communication greyed out) to the check out. Pros- location close to Tsuruhashi Station, nice well kept property, very prompt response and nice staff. Cons - The mattress was very uncomfortable as the springs kept poking. Other than the mattress issue our stay at Color Tsuruhashi was very pleasant.

    Am a solo traveller from india and I had booked my accomodation at colors tsuruhashi. Pros - The place is very nearby to the tsuruhashi station which has excellent train connectivity to different parts within Osaka. The room was very clean and spacious compared to my stay in Tokyo. The stay was comfortable and since it's in a residential area it very peaceful and quiet Cons - I had one of the worst checkin experience in my life. I reached the place around 10pm in the night totally tired after my travel from Tokyo. When I reached the place i realized that the entire checkin experience is automated and there is not even a single soul around. The hotel is supposed to send a checkin code to ur booking email which I had not recieved from them. When I reached the place and called the owner on her what's app she simply did not respond. I was lucky enough to catch hold of a neighbour who came there like a god walking his pet. I had to seek his help to call this lady owner and in spite of asking her twice as to what my checkin code was and am waiting in the lobby for almost 45 mins she just cut my call. Finally in my 3rd attempt she gave me by checkin code. After getting the code it was some effort to submit and details online and then it was another terrible experience to open the key locker through some shitty password they have. The owner is simply careless with callous attitude towards customers and is totally not proactive. She cannot understand or speak in English. Customer service needs some real improvement. Please ensure that u get all the details from her before u checkin or else there is every chance that u might have to sleep in the lobby
