    Owner is very unprofessional. Staff is very cripy they don't know how to start geyser. They put villagers to run hotel

    No provision for lunch, dinner, or tea. You have to travel 2–3 km just to find proper meals. Breakfast is included in the package, but it’s brought in from outside and limited to basic items like upma or poha. The room lacks essential amenities—no AC, no toiletries in the bathroom, and not even towels were provided. Overall, the facilities are extremely poor. This room is not worth more than ***. I chose not to stay and had to book another hotel, resulting in a complete waste of money.

    When we arrived at the hotel, there was no AC. In the booking it was mentioned Airconditioning. At the last moment had to change the hotel, wastage of time, money, lot of hassles. The hotel offered their other hotel at 1000 extra charge for AC rooms. Terrible!!
