    Staff great, and very clean. I was delighted to have a little fridge in the room, and there is a shop on ground floor (open from 10am to 10pm I think). Stayed here to attend a conference at the International Centre Goa, which is a 20 minute walk, but it was too hot to walk there during the day without a shade umbrella. Location is away from the northern tourist areas of Panaji, and the whole area does not have autos, so a taxi may be needed to get around.

    Fantastic Dona Paula location, central, just off the main road. Handy convenience store onsite. Budget hotel, but quiet & peaceful even in the midst of the December chaos in Goa. Rooms are a good size , basic decor and design, but comfortable, clean and tidy with decent amenities. Ensuite bathroom are clean, functional and modern, we had good water pressure throughout our stay. Rooms cleaned daily & fresh towels provided. Decent room service breakfast available with 3x veg/ 1x non veg option. The staff are friendly & polite, the lady at reception was a bit reluctant to provide extra amenities like iron/ ironing board, however the gentleman at reception was fantastic and immediately accommodated our request, he was very prompt, friendly & attentive throughout. We enjoyed our stay here, and can definitely recommend this property.
