I've been to Tokyo many times for Kpop concerts, and Hotel Livemax is my favorite hotel of choice to stay. They are situated in the concert areas, so it's covenient for me to just walk. The room and bathroom is great, especially the toiletries! I'll be booking next time when a concert is scheduled 🥀

Unprepared staff. No one could speak much English. Breakfast was pretty bad. They could not keep luggage not even for one hour. Ok price was not expensive but comparing to other live max hotels this was the worse by far.
