    If you have a rental car it’s close to all 3 Myoko ski resorts. Room is big and clean. Some staff can’t speak English well but overall staff are polite and helpful. No shower in the room but not a problem as there is shower at onsen.

    The staff at Lime resort were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We forgot our passports at the hotel and they were kind enough to even drive all the way to Nagano station to return the passports to us. I would like to thank all staff that helped us and I highly recommend this resort.

    Location is convenient if you have a car. They have a shuttle but the times weren’t convenient. For example, ski school meeting time is 10:15 but their shuttle arrives at 10:30. Rooms were spacious and clean. There were good facilities such as parking, ski lockers and onsen. We booked the dinner package, choices weren’t too bad but the hot food was not placed on warmers so it was often cold. I ended up eating salad and sashimi for a lot of meals because the hot food was cold.
