Very good location, walkable distance from Hakata station
Comfort and spacious capsule
Public bath and sauna included, a bit crowded during 10-11 pm
I felt that the receptionist wasn't friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights, love the place, location is really close to Hakata Station. Only gripe is the fan inside the capsule makes this incessant humming sound. Not suitable for those that can only sleep in silence.

Great spot for an over night. Only issue was the facility was a little warm for me. I prefer to sleep in the cold. Great price though.

This is my honest opinion, I think the door to capsule room is very noisy, people go in and out a lot no matter what time I always wake up from my sleep because the door sound boom loud when close, I can't get deep sleep, almost every hour I wake up. Second point I think inside the capsule is very humid the bed sometimes feel like wet and really not comfortable sleep in the wet bedsheet. And the hotel have extra tax charges depend on how many days you stay I only know about the charges when I need to check in but after I pay the tax the receptionist didn't provide me a receipt and not even asking me I need a receipt or not. I'm not really happy staying in there, but this my experience I just sharing, maybe some people have better experience but not for me. This only my opinion and review in my 4 days stay.
