    Good location if you want a quiet neighborhood, lots of 24/7 convenience stores so you can eat anytime you want. Only a few mins walk to the nearest train station and Tokyo Skytree.

    Most convenient to the Hanzomon Line exit from Oshiage Station. Family Mart and 7-11 just around the corner. Short walk to Life Supermarket and Tokyo Skytree. Room was sufficiently sized for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Effective use of space. Kitchen pantry was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Did not like the softness of the double bed. Very easy check-in and out. Will definitely be an option in the future.

    Easy walk to Oshiage Station. Clean. Big for Tokyo standard.

    Best part of this place is perhaps location, near oshiage station and sky tree. But the layout is really tight. The bathroom set up is not good , as you need to climb over into the bathtub and the space is extremely tight and the floor is uneven (fell twice as there is a dip at one part just before where bath tub is). Finishing is old, some fittings wobbly. Looks better on picture. As for staff，rating is simply based on fact there is no staff as this is a full self check in and check out.
