    Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons choisi la chambre sans le style japonais. Tout était propre, l'hôtel est très calme. La décoration apporte une touche de zen. Le personnel est super gentil et vous aide en cas de besoin. L'emplacement est parfait, il y a plein de restaurants autour. Le metro est à 10 minutes à pieds. Une mention spéciale pour le coussin dans la chambre...je ne sais pas s'il y a des graines dedans, mais il est incroyable ! Nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Merci au personnel pour l'accueil et aux femmes de chambres pour leur travail. Je reviendrai.

    The location is close to Shijo, Karasuma station. Easy access to transport, restaurants, cafe and shopping malls. Room is tidy and staffs are friendly. I will look forward to staying again in the next trip.

    I accidentally booked this hotel last year, and when I arrived in Japan, I realized I had double-booked. Although it said my reservation was non-refundable on Agoda, I contacted the hotel, and they were very generous in allowing me to cancel without any fees. This year, I returned to Japan and chose to stay as hotel out of appreciation. My stay was enjoyable: the staff was friendly, and while the hotel room was a bit small, it was clean and cozy. I also appreciated the availability of washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays.

    Good service but small room even we got the bigger rooms and they are not close to stations so we have to walk under the raining days with not much facilities
