    I had a great stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. What I liked: The location is excellent—it's just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room is much bigger than a typical Japanese hotel room. There was plenty of space to open and organize my luggage comfortably. Having a kitchen was a huge plus. Being able to cook some meals helped save money and made the stay feel more like home. The price offers fantastic value. Compared to many nearby hotels that are more expensive yet much smaller, this place is a great deal. What could be improved: The pillows were too small and weren't very comfortable for sleeping. You can hear trains passing by since it's close to the station. It wasn't a major issue for me because I'm a heavy sleeper, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The TV only has Japanese channels. It would be a nice upgrade if it were a smart TV so guests could watch streaming services like YouTube or Netflix. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a spacious, affordable place with a convenient location and don't mind a couple of minor drawbacks, I'd definitely recommend it.

    Yumeya is great. It's basically a remodeled apartment building, so each room is it's own little apartment. Everything was clean, and it's a short walk from the station. Also, it is within walking distance from so many amazing restaurants. This was the perfect budget stay for Fukuoka.
