    Located near the hirome market. The hotel doesn’t have its own carpark but it has some affiliated carparks, need to message them to ask for the location of the carparks

    Location - we drove but hotel don’t have car park. They have alliance w nearby carpark. U need to get stamp every day. Nearest to hotel is ¥800 per day. Shops - very near Obiyamachi, hirome market and Kyomachi so no worries of food Onsen- ok but the water is too hot! Laundry - good and clothes get dried Staff service - average, I request for cleaning and told the staff I want the next day. When I came back, room not done, left a note and says I didn’t indicate time. I was angry and told them the guy staff did not ask me! And told me since my plan does not have cleaning, I told him ok I will pay ¥1500. But he keeps telling me it is ¥1500, as if I cannot afford to pay. Was so angry and told them to clean the next day 10am. Change of towels sometimes give floor mat and some times don’t, no consistency. No water bottle unless request cleaning. Amentities provided on first floor. Next to hotel is Family Mart. After onsen there is free ice cream 930pm onwards there is free ramen. Other than this service is ok
