    Overall a good hotel. Very strategic location near trams, buses, shopping area. Walking distance to key sites. Not expensive to take a taxi to/from Hiroshima station. Improvement needed on rooms. The refrigerator did not work despite testing the switch several times. Hairdryer is poor quality and also did not work properly- power keeps turning off and it was frustrating. The room itself is sizeable enough but bathroom is not proportionate; it was tiny and suitable for a solo user. Not enough counter space and the typical Japanese hotel ‘box’ style bathroom did have a slight unpleasant scent. Towels are thin and small. Would have preferred a physical ‘do not disturb’ sign rather than choosing it via TV as it’s a waste of time navigating to English language and having to do it everytime when back to the room just to be sure it doesn't cancel off when the key card was removed.

    Paid premium price for triple room which was just an extra sofa bed. Room was much more expensive than a double room but just got a sofa bed and a double room!
