    Loved our stay in this hotel, staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious (I can open 2 luggages on the floor. Room is clean. 10min walk to Hommachi midosuji line

    Upon arrival I was directed to automated check-in station by one of the receptionists. She was impatient and rushed me along every step. I got to the address fields and Agoda had overwritten my address with theirs so I had to correct it. The receptionist then turns to her colleague and mutters "jesus christ", as if I'm either deaf or wouldn't understand english. Upon completed check-in the receptionist hands me a pamphlet with a map to two different coin laundry businesses. I explained I wouldn't need it because I booked a room with a washing machine, this was in fact the only reason we booked this hotel. She then says there is no washing machine (it's listed under ROOM FACILITIES on my room category on agoda.com) and I insist I booked a room with washing machine. Then she's even more rude, just dismisses my issue and turns away. Not only was I scammed by this hotel, but this girl needs to learn some manners. I am myself a hotel receptionist in Europe and would be ashamed to see a colleague behave in such a way. I thought that if there was one thing to expect from Japan it would be manners and professionalism. My travel companion who was reliant on hotel wi-fi also had no wi-fi at the hotel for two days after numerous compaints by him, causing him to rack up unnecessary charges. Long story short, we avoided the MyStays hotel chain for the rest of our trip. This was by far the worst hotel we ever stayed in, not just in Japan but anywhere. Our layover hotel in Mongolia was better than this.
