    I would stay here again—we booked it to visit Disney. The hotel was close to metro, which was a 10–15 minute trip to Disney property without the Disney price. We also were surprised to get breakfast included. There were not many restaurants around—basically one and a convenience store, but that wasn't a problem for us since we spent most of our time at the parks.

    The CVS Bay Hotel Annex is conveniently located a few hundred meters away from the South Exit of Ichikawa-Shiohama Station. On the way there is a Lawson and a few restaurants. While the location is very convenient, the hotel itself is a little run down. The free breakfast vouchers came in handy as the food was pretty good and all you can eat. Although I didn't visit Tokyo Disneyland other than the Bon Voyage shop outside of it, this hotel is only a few stops away from Maihama, the station in front of Tokyo Disneyland. If I decide to go to Tokyo Disneyland, I would consider staying at this hotel again for the value and convenience.

    I booked according to the pictures here and when we got there we were shocked on how barely maintained the facilities are, carpet completely dirty, walls full of stains, ripped curtains and the bed was very tough. The lady in the front desk was so kind and assured me a refund and she apologized.
