    Very disappointing experience with the cleanliness and housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets were not changed. The same used bed sheets were repeatedly being used, and they were full of stains and dirt. Even after I complained and requested fresh bed sheets, they replaced them with another used sheet instead of providing a clean one. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel. The staff were polite and cooperative, but the housekeeping and cleanliness standards were very poor. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their room cleanliness and housekeeping.

    Never never book this Hotel! Cleanliness has nothing to do with this Hotel. The room was dirty and dusty. The Closet was not working! The entire thing wouldn’t be flushed! The health faucet was not working! The shower was leaking. The linen was dirty. The White bedsheets looked blackish. Very casual approach of the Staff! In fact, Agoda should be refunding me the entire amount for the terrible experience we had!

    Average hotel... We can not expect luxury from this type of hotel... 24 hours hot water😍... Cotton is not clean as we expect.. Very near to imu head quarters.. and imu campus is 1.5 km away.. We get veg and non veg food near by.. For break fast we have to walk half km.. We will get share auto..
