    It a nice hotel in good location but room and bed is small. I know it's typical in japan but still feel expensive for what you get.

    We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids aged 14, 8 and 5) I booked a room for three adults since my eldest is considered an adult already, and co-sleeping is allowed for my two other kids. However upon checking in, the staff told me that my 8-yr old kid is considered an adult and as such I have two options: either to pay an additional adult rate per day in the same room, or I have to book a separate room for him. I explained my side and insisted that in the Agoda app it indicated that for young kids co-sleeping is allowed. We were not allowed to check in not unless I pay or book a separate room. We were left with no choice but to pay additional adult rate for my 8-yr old kid since booking a separate room for him is not possible. After check-in, I asked for an additional pillow since I paid additional adult rate after all. But 5 nights lapsed and we were not given any. For the entire stay in that forsaken hotel we only had 3 pillows! Finally, they did not throw the trash every night as we were told, beds were not made, and tidied. They only changed towels. Think twice before booking this hotel. This is the worse hotel I have ever been to. No regard for the well-being and comfort of its guests. It was a very stressful ordeal for our family.

    Overall vibe is no good. Staff are not friendly. Just a stopover one night is ok.
