    The property is convenient to everything, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Shijo subway station. (Exit 19 is the closest, and if you have luggage, you'll be happy to know that exit has both an escalator and an elevator.) The rooms are tiny but efficiently equipped and clean. A small coin laundry is available on the ground floor. 24-hour convenience stores are nearby.

    Perfect location for traveling within Kyoto, very centrally located and plenty of transportation options nearby. A small hotel without all the extra amenities you don’t use , just the basics with a reasonable price, especially if you book ahead.

    Great location. Conveniently located near most sightseeing spots in Kyoto city. But unsure how the eco plan works because some days they hang a bag of clean towels on my door, some days they don't.

    Room cannot be properly aired due to back alley confinement, and therefore odor of people occupant can be smelt. Room is small but ok for solo traveler, as the location is extremely good. Booked it at a time of limited supplies, so paid times as much as usual and therefore the value for money is low. Would have rate it much higher at normal rate.
