    I don't usually share negative feedback, but our recent three-night stay was quite challenging. We found the staff to be quite unfriendly, so those looking for standard Japanese hospitality might be disappointed here. The breakfast service also needs significant improvement. The food selection was very limited, cold, and remained unchanged throughout our stay. Items were rarely replenished, to the point where bread condiments were unavailable on our last morning. The kitchen environment also felt a bit unprofessional, with staff talking loudly in a foreign language and not wearing uniforms. We also noticed a heavy cooking aroma resembling curry throughout the lobby, lift, and corridors in the evening. However, the room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, clean, and the bedding was wonderfully firm. The room feels a bit older, but the air conditioning is new and efficient. The location is also a major plus—perfectly positioned between Hirosaki Castle and the JR station, near several shops. The free coffee bar was a lovely touch. While the price is budget-friendly, the cold service and food issues mean I likely won't return or recommend it. Don't forget to budget for the 200¥ per person nightly local tax at check-in.

    It was good. Many facilities provided and choice for picky ones ! Space to read, drink also, I haven't used it but seems nice. The only bad point maybe .. the TV turned automatically on around 5 am .. but unless no problem.

    Property is little old but clean. Offers breakfast which is not great, I would rather skip it if I book again. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful. Room size is decent.
