    Very average rooms doesn't feel like a 4 star property at all. One of the senior staff offered a packed breakfast as breakfast was included in package & I had a early checkout but it wasn't packed and they totally forgot even after a reminder on the day of checkout and just said sorry

    The service is very bad and the hotel is not worth the price at all. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel and the service is utter bad. They dont even have proper water bottles for a room and the marketting is just opposite. We booked it thinking it was a beach resort but in reality it's just a 3 star hotel with a decent sized room. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
