    Spacious and Neat rooms. I also included Breakfast in my booking and had a decent spread. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves Veg n Non Veg food.

    The stay is decent. Room was clean. But lift was not properly working. Service of resturant is good. I booked a queen sized room but it was very small. There is hardly space to move around. The reception staffs couldn't manage 2 hours early check-in which was earlier requested around a month ago, even after requesting multiple times upon arrival. They refused due to which my mother (senior citizen) suffered. Food was average. We had early check-out, so we requested for early breakfast (which is included) but they refused. Even after coming at exactly 8am, it got delayed from side to provide breakfast. Not at all good experience.

    I found it to be too expensive for the facilities n services they provide. I paid 10.5k for 2 nights but experience was like it should hv been max 6k for 2 nights! 1. 1st of all when i checked in arnd 1.15 pm(official check in time was 12 noon) my room was not ready and had to wait for good 20-25 mins with my 1 yr kid at reception! 2. They do not have enough parkings. they adjust vehicles with tailgate parkings and bother guests to come down to remove their vehicle so that others car can move out. i was shocked when he said- sir can you pleas come down with your vehicle keys! 3. On 1st morning itself Hot water wasn't their. They blamed it on technical issue but i guess it was due to full house scenario. Although next morning hot water was there. We tried to warm the water (for bathing) using kettle, but kettle too wasn't working! So they replaced it but after good 15 mins. 4. Overall i didn't find staff courteous and customer-service oriented.
