    The location is perfect. Easy access to public transport. Walking in the neighbourhood is also fun. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities you need. The indoor pool is a nice surprise but a bit costly. We love the peace and quiet there.

    The location is prime with only a few meters away from the train station, peaceful neighborhood with accessible stores, cafes and restaurants. Staff (front desk, housekeeping and servers, gym/spa) have been very friendly at check-in and check- out; very accommodating helpful. The room size is more than adequate- the largest I've booked in Tokyo. The general vibe is old luxury- a bit dated but does not take away from the comfort of staying there. They have a promo of getting freebies instead of getting your room thoroughly cleaned/ sheets changed, etc. The spa/gym was large and relaxing, hardly ever crowded. Didn't spend much time here since I was mostly having outdoor activities. The pool looked very nice with a good view at the top of the building. The breakfast is a fixed order set which I didn't really mind. It was free with my booking so can't complain. Never got disappointed- thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese breakfast for my 3 day stay.
