Good location and adequate facilities. Have to pay to change bed sheets, which is annoying because we did not know beforehand.

I am very pleased, satisfied, and extremely happy to stay here again. This is my second stay this year. I will always think of this hotel because it feels friendly, warm, comfortable, and clean, with an excellent location. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. Love

The room conditions were unacceptable. The main issue was cleanliness. The first room we were given had visible mold, stains, and an overall lack of proper hygiene, and I will not even comment on the mattress.
We requested a room change, but unfortunately the second room also had hygiene issues and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
The staff at reception were polite and tried to assist, which we appreciate, but the overall condition of the rooms clearly needs significant improvement.
We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleaning standards for future guests.

It's a good deal for the money, but it doesn't feel comfortable.
My friend and I stayed in the green building.
The room itself has all the amenities you could ask for, on paper - a sink, a fridge, tv, washer, etc. The shower is really nice, which I really appreciated.
But the room itself is not nice. It has a somewhat moldy smell, especially if the AC isn't on. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. My biggest difficulty though was the bed. Not only was the duvet cover old, with some holes in it and a few stains, but the sheets on the bed would not stay on - any movement and they started slipping off. We stayed for two nights (I remade the bed myself the second night for hope of a good night's sleep) and every morning woke up on the bare mattress, which is such an awful feeling when you see the state of it.
Once again, not bad for the money, but since a bed is where you'll be spending most of your time in a hotel, I would carefully consider what kind of conditions you might and might not be comfortable with.
