Moreover, the neighborhood is quiet and not very busy in terms of using the toilet, and everything in the room is very clean. The owners are very good at taking care of us, especially when we had a problem with booking a bus ticket to Nagano. The owners paid attention to help us get to the station immediately. As a result, we were able to arrive on time at Nagano Station because of them. I appreciate the owners so much and that are courtesy ,friendly 😊; I feel like I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, staying like a warm family. If I go to Hakuba again, I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again and we will remember here🙏🏻🇯🇵❤️
