    The location is convenient and close to the railway station, with good transport connectivity. However, there is no parking facility available. The Wi-Fi worked well during my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property needs significant improvement, and some of the facilities were not properly maintained. The view from the property was also disappointing. With better maintenance and improved cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better.

    Housekeeping was below expectations — the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no proper water supply or lighting in the room. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. I would not recommend DS Valley Hotel to anyone. The property appears suitable only for day use and does not justify the amount being charged. The rooms displayed online were completely different from the actual experience. As a hospitality professional associated with Clarks by IHCL Group in the Food & Beverage division, I understand service standards and guest expectations. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below acceptable levels. The hotel administration seriously needs to look into these issues and improve both maintenance and guest services. Charging premium rates without delivering basic comfort and cleanliness is unacceptable. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my stay.This version is suitable for Google Reviews, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, or direct feedback to the hotel management.
