    Truly its devaluation of the Rupees! Total flop show and complete dissatisfaction. Very poor Housekeeping! Linen quality bad! Bathroom door lock not working! W/C spray gun holder not provided! and so on............

    The hotel shown in pics is not good on actual. The rooms is very small and blankets were smelly. No staff available to listen to your requests. No kitchen. Bathrooms are very bad in shape the door knobs are broken and shower hooks, water taps were removed. Pathetic experience. Never recommend.

    We booked Shanti sadan where as we wanted to book Shanti villa (Byke property). In Google maps Byke -Shanti villa is linked to this Shanti sadan by agoda, This makes huge confusion and wrong bookings. Do not trust agoda blindly double check hotel names and call the hotel for confirmation.

    It is Budget Friendly Cottage with Very Minimum Facility, Need to improve Cleaning and interior of the room. Also as shown in picture on Google, there is No Swimming Pool so same need to mention clearly, rest staff was good and supportive
