    I booked a week earlier and got a room here on discount. Room was clean and air-conditioner was available. Room didn't smell fresh but at the same time, it did not smell stale either. Washrooms were clean. The location is 2 mins away from the Vijaya Nagar bus stand with ample amount of shops in the vicinity. I came there by two-wheeler so I can't say how it would be for people without transportation. I didn't have much interaction with the staff except during check-in and check-out so, not much comments there. My only qualm with the place was that I initially came there to have a movie night/sleepover with my partner and TVs in all the rooms were out of service. I am not sure if it's a temporary issue but it would be best check ahead prior to booking if that is a matter of concern to you.

    the property offers clean rooms and excellent facilites, making for a comfortable stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience, while the location isnt the mosst convinient, the value for money is decent considering the amenities provided.

    I had excellent company of the adult cockroaches in the room. They were very friendly and were always there for me. Looked after my bag and over myself when I was sleeping, to ensure my safety. However they came only at night.
