    I chose this hotel thinking it would be a budget-friendly option in Indiranagar, Bangalore, but it turned out to be one of my most disappointing stays. The biggest issue was hygiene. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed cockroaches roaming around, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I immediately requested a different room, but the staff informed me that no other rooms were available. The room also lacked basic complimentary amenities, and I had to repeatedly ask the staff to provide even the essentials. I stayed for two nights, and the staff's service was ineffective. Another major concern was the centralised air conditioning. Despite setting the AC to a lower temperature, the room never cooled properly. When I informed the staff, they simply said it would cool down gradually, but the room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay. I've stayed at several hotels in Indiranagar, and unfortunately, this has been my worst experience. Based on my experience, this would be my last choice, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.
