    Honestly the best place to stay in Hakuba. Great location, staff were very friendly. The chef at the buffet went out of his way to prepare me a rice dish with miso soup which was amazing. The onsen was incredible. Wish I could have stayed longer!

    Great location very close to happo-one as well as other ski slopes and right by Rhythm Ski Shop where they have a small but good cafe. Small but very nice onsen onsite at the hotel is great. The lobby is somewhat chilly so would not suggest to stay long there with little ones. Buffet restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner. The sukiyaki dinner meet was not that great and would not suggest but otherwise was alright.

    We have booked the standard twin room (22 m2) - see photo. We stayed here in the end of Oct, 2025. The room is big and clean. Everything works well. The dinner buffet is very generous, with sashimi, sirloin beef and freshly made tempura, perfect after a day with outdoor activities. You need a car to reach this place and there is enough parking space outside the hotel. It is few minutes drive from the Hakuba train station. During our stay, there was 1-hour piano performance in their cosy sitting area at night. Many people came to relax after an active day and delicious dinner. The onsen facility makes a perfect ending for the day. I would recommend it to any visitors who drive to Hakuba.

    預訂此酒店是為了方便前往八方池，酒店不但提供售賣纜車票，只需步行10分鐘便到纜車站。入住酒店有shuttle bus 在白馬火車站接送客人到酒店，司機叔叔友善有禮，員工全是英語溝通，bobo小姐更是用廣東話細心了解我們乘車離開的細節。謝謝你們。 酒店onsen是美人湯，登山後有溫泉浸消除疲勞。
