    1 The hotel is just next to the train station 2 Although they don't provide bottled mineral water in the room, but there is a water dispenser at ground floor which is free to use 3 There are free lockers for luggage at the reception lobby, so there is no worries of other people took your luggage by whatever reasons

    荷物やスーツケースをたくさん持って到着した際、スタッフの女性のうち一人はとても親切で、笑顔も素敵でした。しかし、もう一人のスタッフは私の荷物を見て、判断的で少し失礼な態度に感じました。いつも不機嫌そうで、チェックイン時間まで荷物を預かることを嫌がっているように見えました。 親切なスタッフの方は荷物を置くのを手伝ってくれましたが、もう一人の方がその方に何か小声で話している様子がありました。何を話していたかは分かりませんが、お客様に対してそのような態度を取るべきではないと思います。その時は他にお客様もおらず、荷物置き場も広く空いていました。それでも、まるで私の荷物が迷惑であるかのように感じさせられました。 私は姫路で何度もチェックインの経験がありますが、このホテルは今回が初めてです。残念ながら、一人のスタッフの対応はあまり良い印象ではありませんでした。ですが、対応してくださったもう一人のスタッフの方はとても親切で、本当に助かりました。もう一人の方は笑顔もなく、少し威圧的な印象でした。親切なスタッフもいれば、無愛想なスタッフもいた。次回は、ぜひ親切なスタッフの方のような対応をしていただけると嬉しいです。親切なスタッフもいれば、無愛想なスタッフもいました。次回は、ぜひ親切なスタッフの方のような対応をしていただけると嬉しいです。また、朝食にハラール対応の安全なメニューの選択肢が増えることを希望します。
