    Overall hotel is okay. It is located in a convenient location close to the train station, staff are friendly. The only negatives are that the carpets need replacing in the guest rooms, rooms and other areas of the hotel could be cleaner based on other hotels we stayed in Japan. Sound was an issue as well (we could hear people in room next door during the night). Despite these negatives I would recommend it for location and staff friendliness.

    This hotel offers fantastic value with spacious rooms ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is close to the station but a little far from the Himeji Castle. Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience and comfort.

    The room is unbearable. Moldy. You know it’s an old hotel from the inside but the exterior shows it’s like a new and well-maintained. We only stayed for a night. The price is just not worth it. Amenities can be found at the ground floor. You take what you need. For convenience, they should have already put everything inside the room.
