    Stay there for 2 nights, most of staffs are perfect service and greetings. However, I felt reception lady during check in may not like us, I can define the different service level compared to other Japanese guests. During winter, air-con lock to be heater mode only. So, the only option would be open window to be able to breathe while sleep. Anyway, i will repeat again definitely.

    Had a room with twin bed with connecting bedroom with a sofa bed. Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed a separate bathroom. Staff was very friendly and kind. We tried to book a free shuttle bus to Saga Arashiyama at 8.45am but it was fully booked and they have created 9am shuttle bus for us only.
